Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Part-Time Financial Services Representative . This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, with flexible hours totaling 15-20 hours per week. As a Financial Services Representative , you will learn how to help clients with their insurance and wealth building needs, while learning to build your own business and expand your client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide finance consultations to potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable wealth building solutions.

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by proactively reaching out and following up with leads.

- Learn and utilize our training system to become knowledgeable about various insurance products and policies.

- Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and grow your client base.

- Take initiative to manage your time effectively, ensuring you meet personal goals and exceed expectations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and products.

- Be coachable and open to feedback from mentors and team leaders to continuously develop skills and performance.

Requirements:

- Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals in a remote work environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive attitude.

- Basic understanding of the insurance industry is a plus but not required; full training will be provided.

- Computer access and proficiency, including the ability to navigate software and conduct virtual meetings.

- Previous sales experience or background in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
