Apartment Community is seeking a Full-time Maintenance person to handle the upkeep of the buildings and apartment units including general work orders and turnover work.
Work Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible on days and times

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills needed: plumbing, carpentry, light electrical and possess the necessary tools
You will be performing maintenance tasks of great variety such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and other maintenance which may be needed. A Maintenance worker is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly while observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas and apartments in the best possible condition, while servicing our residents timely and with care. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills needed, in addition to, good physical condition and strength possessing a positive attitude and willingness to work.
