This position consists of completing turns and renovations to meet deadlines. Depending on the size of the job, most of the time you will be partnered up with a crew and or assigned to specific tasks. Making sure houses are ready for move-ins!
Example could include but not limited to:
Ex. Remove debris & brackets, major & minor drywall repairs throughout, protect surrounding areas and paint walls, ceilings, doors, install doors, install flush mounts, smoke detectors, door stop, subway tile in kitchen, replace toilet, install vanity lights, install brand new kitchen cabinets. Changing angle stops, shower heads, valves etc.
We are looking for reliable, experienced workers that are in it for the long run! Small company growing and expanding. Looking for other like minded individuals to grow with us as well.
