Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Estimator to provide estimating, benchmarking & commercial management services on a large-scale construction program. Responsibilities: Provide expert estimating services for hyperscale data centers from RFP through to construction completion, managing key relationships with the client, general contractor, and project team.Develop Project Capital Estimates using a bottoms-up approach. Lead the training of templates & tools for the general contractor to ensure submissions are compliant for commercial analysis. Provide detailed comparative analysis of commercial submittals from the general contractor. Lead the commercial review of the competitive bid process for major trades. Support the project delivery team with post-contract cost analysis & change order reviews.  Benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.
