Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
Process applications, verify information, and prepare lease documents
Assist with marketing efforts and maintain an inviting office environment
Handle resident inquiries and ensure a positive leasing experience
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of leasing experience in the multifamily industry
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, Entrata, or similar) preferred
