Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Shelbyville, Indiana. The role involves managing high volume accounts payable and light accounts receivable tasks. The position will be based in the office and will require a full-time commitment.Responsibilities: Processing high volume accounts payable and light accounts receivable Utilizing accounting software systems, such as Epicor, for efficient data management Ensuring accurate account coding and proper utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Handling Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes and Concur systems Performing regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance Managing ADP - Financial Services operations Overseeing various accounting functions and accrual accounting processes Regularly updating and maintaining accurate customer credit records.
