Industrial Maintenance Tech

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of duties involved in the installation, alteration, maintenance, development and repair of plant machinery, equipment, facilities and structures. In addition, you will be responsible for:Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical and manufacturing equipment and machinery, including CNC machines.Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machines and equipment.Identifying and repairing unsafe conditions and equipment.Taking ownership of all service cases, projects, etc. and maintaining all technical documentation.Learning engine lathe, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, alter or construct replacement parts, reconditioning production tooling.Reading and understanding electrical diagrams and blueprints.Knowing PLC’s, electronic and mechanical systems.Knowing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Identifying and resolving problems before they become costly and unmanageable.Welding, fabrication and machining.Other duties as assigned.WHY YOU SHOULD APPLYImmediate BenefitsPaid Time OffTuition & Employee DiscountsAnnual BonusEmployer 401(k) MatchAnd more benefits that come with working for a global industry leader!This is an off-shift position, supporting our 2nd and/or 3rd shift operations. This is an hourly position that is eligible for a quarterly incentive program. The additional shift differential is $2.00 per hour for second shift and $1.00 per hour for third shift. Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
