Job Title: General Laborer $18Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated general laborers to assist in re-roofing a 12,000 sqft building with metal panels. This role involves cutting metal panels to size for easy installation and using electric and/or battery-powered drills to fasten materials. The roof has a 1/12 pitch (flat roof) and is 18 feet high.Responsibilities
Assist in re-roofing a 12,000 sqft building with metal panels.
Cut metal panels to size for easy installation.
Use electric and/or battery-powered drills to fasten materials.
Work on a flat roof with a 1/12 pitch at a height of 18 feet.
Essential Skills
Experience with power tools and hand tools.
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
Experience in construction, roofing, concrete, and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
Comfortable with heights (building is 18 feet high).
Valid driver's license.
Must have a tool pouch, hammer, pliers, tape measurer, and a small toolbox.
