Colorbiotics is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist (Supply Chain division) to join our team in Ames, IA. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and support across the customer journey — from order management to issue resolution. Candidate must live in Iowa,this is a full-time role onsite.Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Manage Order-to-Cash processes from start to finish.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.Set up new customers and shipping locations in SAP.Prioritize and manage daily responsibilities while balancing short- and mid-term objectives.Provide knowledgeable support on products, policies, and procedures.Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to identify improvement opportunities.Confidently resolve a variety of customer issues, even in high-pressure situations.Coordinate shipment logistics using a third-party logistics platform.Process credits, debits, and returns as assigned.Maintain a professional and positive image of yourself and Colorbiotics in all interactions.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
