The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment related to the gelatin process. This position supports production reliability while complying with all safety, food safety, and quality standards.Employees selected for the Maintenance Technician position will be placed on a 60 working day probationary period to determine skills and receive training in safety, boiler operations, refrigeration operations and SOP’s, power distribution system, process operations, SAP, food safety, forklift, and critical equipment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPreform routine, preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.Develop general knowledge of utilities operation and upkeep particular to PB Leiner.
