Westminster Preschool has an exciting opportunity for a new, full-time director to begin immediately! Candidates must have experience in early childhood education and must meet State requirements for education and experience to teach. Candidates must be committed to serving our preschool families in a loving and supportive manner. Strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to function as a team player are also of utmost importance. Westminster Preschool operates in a modern, renovated facility and we have an excellent teaching staff. There are about 90 children in the program and 16 teachers. Starting salary is $40k (depending on education and experience), with paid health insurance, retirement plan, PTO plan, disability insurance, 403(b) plan, 125 Cafeteria plan and other benefits.
