- Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
- Lead the development of relevant project processes and documentation, including project roadmaps
- Liaise with external vendors, internal IT and Operations department to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and billed regularly and accurate
- Determine the needs of each project and the required business resources, clarifying and defining the strategy and objectives of each department's needs
- Planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to internal departments
- Leading project communication and best practices throughout Dynamics CRM implementations
- Ensure expectations between the client and the business are set well and maintained throughout the life of the project
- Provide help desk support as needed to staff members with membership requests relating to Dynamics CRM
- Strong prioritization, planning and time management skills

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge and background implementing CRM software solutions
- Work Experience
- Previous experience in a Project Management role
- 2-5 years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing and Custom built applications for Working Groups
- Demonstrated experience of maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations
- 2-5 years experience assessing feasibility of and assisting with migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems on Microsoft platforms
