The Enterprise Cloud Engineer I is responsible for ensuring cloud environments are properly maintained; including initial incident response for services and products, patching, security remediation, and documentation. Will build, manage and troubleshoot services and platforms in support of cloud services. Execute system changes, while configuring, monitoring, and testing system performance and capacity. Maximize system availability and transparency for customers by providing stable and reliable services and platforms, that promote and enhance Wellmarkâs ability to deliver products and services on a 24 x 7 schedule.  This specific role will focus on imaging, platform management, and ticket queues, but you do not need to be an imaging expert. You will need a great base of knowledge in Windows system administration to land this role, but we are prepared to train you to handle image building, sealing, and patching processes for both Azure and Nutanix environments. This includes routine patching, running images through test labs and security, and understanding the use of MCS (Citrix Machine Creation Services) for image management. If you already have this imaging experience, even better! Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the engineering team and the service desk, handling real-time requests to provide quick support and reduce ticket escalation. Job Leveling Note: This role can be filled at the Engineer I or Engineer II level depending on work experience, skills, and demonstrated ability.  We invite you to apply whether you have the minimum experience required described below or if you have much more experience!
