#INDISTNTT DATA's Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing IT projects such as windows deployment/migrations and network refreshes. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands on technical background and ability to lead teams. This is an onsite position working at customer's hospitals and/or clinics.Follows a defined project management methodology, accountable for the detailed planning of steps and resources needed to meet objectives.Monitors and prepares reports to ensure work is progressing to meet the deliverables on time and on or under budget.Ensures that in-flights reviews and quality assurance procedures take place.Minimizes IT s exposure and risk on projects. Solves conflicts and issues in a timely manner, escalating to manager as appropriate.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.Effectively communicates relevant project information to leadership.Resourcing - determine best staffing number based on: EUS Project Lead capability, Space, available hardware, facility readiness, etcEnsure Facility Readiness prior to implementationProvide first level of support for escalations.Track issues and escalate appropriately.Create and deliver presentations on project progress, challenges, and action plansLead weekly and sometimes daily team meetings.Requirements for this role include:3+ years of project management experienceExperience with a Windows 10 migration project a REAL plusGeneral understanding of IT infrastructure, devices and software.Possess thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis and root cause analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a complex and matrixed team environment.Capacity to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines.Skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs and SlidesPossess quality presentation skillsTravel by air or car as neededAbility to lift up to 40 lbs to waist level, bend and walk around office or hospital (short to medium distances depending upon size of facility).Ability work onsite at customer's hospitals and/or clinics. This is not a remote positionMust be able to pass 12 panel drug screen. Customer has a zero-tolerance drug policyPreferences: - Optional (nice-to-have's)Bachelor's DegreePrevious experience in the healthcare industry preferredRequired schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
