Looking to hire 3-4 FULL-TIME Window & Door Installation Crews based in the Des Moines, IA area. We are a window and door installation company that is rapidly expanding and needing to fill 3-4 positions. This will be a sub-contractor position. Qualified candidates must have the following: valid driver's license, Iowa Contractor's License, EPA Lead-Safe Certification, and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Candidates must also have their own well-maintained truck and trailer or box truck (must be unmarked), tools, & brake (for bending trim coil).
This position requires teams that are very detailed, professional, problem-solvers, good communicators, must maintain a very clean job site. We are looking for crews that do quality work. Must be highly skilled at interior trim work. 75% of installs are full frame with interior jambs & casings. Mix of vinyl and wood windows.
Great pay! Pay is based on experience and quality of work. Crews have the ability to earn higher pay rates after demonstrating their quality of work, cleanliness, professionalism, and communication with clients.
