DescriptionAs the Strategic Planning Manager for Global Seed Operations Support, you will be responsible for developing and executing both short- and long-term projects that align with the global and regional goals supporting the Global Seed Operations strategy. You will work closely with the Senior Leaders, Global Strategic Planning Manager, Seed Production & Supply Chain teams, and Global Operations teams to identify, prioritize, and execute key initiatives and projects.What You'll Do:
Work closely with Senior Leadership and other stakeholders to develop and execute projects and processes for Global Seed Operations ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Analyze business trends, opportunities, and risks and develop mitigation plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key initiatives that will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and cost savings.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Provide regular updates to Senior Leadership on progress against strategic goals and objectives.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic initiatives.
Lead both independent and group projects
QualificationsWhat Skills You Need:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a strategic planning role in manufacturing operations, preferably within a large, complex organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong strategic thinking abilities with the ability to develop and execute on departmental goals aligned with overall company objectives.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
