We reward hard work and loyalty with bonuses, and 80% of our management team has been promoted from within.We are currently hiring a Community Hero (aka Groundskeeper)The primary responsibilities for this role will be:Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)LandscapingPlowing and Salting in winter monthsRepair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as neededAssist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes)Troubleshoot problem areasRespond immediately to any emergency callsOther related duties as assignedMust be able to:Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectivelyWork independentlyMultitaskOperate large machinery when necessaryOccasionally lift 50lbs or moreAlternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sittingExperience Desired:PlowingGroundskeepingMowingLight Maintenance (some plumbing/electrical)Benefits:401(k) with matchingHealth insurancesLife insuranceHolidays and Paid time offBonus Payyou are organized, reliable, have a valid driver's license and a will to succeed, we would love to meet you!Of course, prior groundskeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Want to know more about us?
