This Senior Lead Control Management Officer role will support PCI in the following:

Provide Control team support with vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing PCI solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.

Support Executive Governance committee to define program success, facilitate decision making and support prioritization, implementation and monitoring plans.

Display exceptional presentation and influencing skills with the ability to craft the story to bring the issue to life to influence key stakeholders.

Support the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require exceptional collaboration and extensive knowledge of Business Execution to deliver longer term solutions.

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses, technology and control groups to accelerate progress, reduce risk and establish Controls.

Leverage advanced collaboration skills to align priorities, remove roadblocks, identify risks, create controls, and deliver on defined outcomes.

Work a high performing stakeholder team to meet business objectives and strategy.

Build on personal PCI experience and advance the enterprise's PCI subject matter expertise in order to reduce risk and align more completely to PCI standards.

Develop / advance industry partnerships to benchmark performance and mature PCI capabilities.

Act as an advisor to more experienced leaders in developing risk mitigation strategies for complex and highly integrated business specific risk across different business lines.

Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report impact of decisions and business controls to the relevant business group and enterprise function.

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks requiring in depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leaders on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for highly complex risks associated with business operations.

Lead and mentor Control Management project or virtual teams.

Engage with all levels of roles across the business group, and serve as an experienced advisor in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and controls that mitigate risks and address PCI requirements.

Required Qualifications, US:

7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Risk & Control activities within the financial services/payments industry.

Hands on experience managing PCI standards and risk management strategies and Controls.

Prior experience working with large scale, cross business programs.

Advanced communication skills with proven track record of effectively communicating with Executives to line level leaders.

Proven ability to be a self-starter and drive results with a highly motivated and high performing team.

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% travel.

Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations.
