Mill Operator - 2nd shift

We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill Operator you will be responsible to:Run batches of ink at proper mill settings.Package/can finished product in various containers and apply labelsClean and maintain machine to TPM StandardsLearn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activitiesOperate Hockmeyer mills at optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standardsCreate and maintain a database of all existing formulas including processing timesOperate the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftAct as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataComplete scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting proceduresHelp with repacks
