Mill/Mixer Operator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:Running batches of ink at proper mill settingsPackaging finished product in various containers and applying labelsCleaning and maintaining machines to TPM StandardsLearning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activitiesWeigh-Up Batches: Following proper process order of addition. Shifting between auto and manual stepsMix Batch: Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP'sHockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standardsCreating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing timesCanningOperating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftActing as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataCompleting scheduled maintenance and utilizing troubleshooting procedures.Helping with repacks
