Customer Research, Inc. (CRI), a 50-year marketing research firm is seeking at-home telephone agents to conduct customer satisfaction surveys. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic who are self-starters.
We have shifts available Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 or 7:30 PM PST, Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST. We ask that all candidates work a minimum of 25 hours a week.
The ideal candidate is seeking supplemental income and/or part-time work.
Job requirements:
- Live in Kansas
- Willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Pleasant and upbeat telephone voice and demeanor
- Ability to follow a script without sounding scripted
- Strong writing, spelling and grammar skills
- A quiet room where you will not be disturbed and which is not vulnerable to outside noise
- A computer with a high-speed internet connection

- Starting at 11.00 per hour
