In this role, you will own machine performance, monitor print accuracy, and perform preventive maintenance to deliver high-quality products. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PMKey ResponsibilitiesMachine Setup & Operation: Set up, align, and operate flexographic presses, plates, cylinders, and dies according to job specifications.Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and defects using precise test methods to ensure high-quality standards.Process Management: Blend inks and varnishes, measure viscosity, load raw materials, and maintain optimal press operating speeds.Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean components, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize uptime.Safety & Continuous Improvement: Follow SOPs, maintain a safe production environment, and record daily time and material usage in the management system.
