- Manage and motivate a team.
- Support process improvement and automation projects.
- Document existing business data and determine how to improve existing business processes by gathering information and analyzing the business needs of the project.
- Define/create new reports, as well as modify existing reports.
- Support and maintain a strong working knowledge of the major software platforms that are utilized by the company including a solid understanding of how the platforms integrate amongst one another.

- Stay current on the company’s structure including reporting relationships, chain of command, and the products/services offered to complete assigned projects, effectively.
- 2 years of experience as a Technical Manager.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Data migration and mapping experience.
- Experience with IT Governance.
- Experience in a leadership role and managing technical projects with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements to translate them into project plans.
