Assist with establishing extract capability and profiling/analysis of data
Participate in the creation of migration or data management functional designs. Support functional design handoffs to development resources
Assist with Development of SAP Data Services (DS) migration processes, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) development, or Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM)
Guide conversion test planning and execution for functional area. Assist with data validation and defect resolution
Assist developers with functional issue resolution
Support data pre-cleansing (including harmonization/standardization)
Escalates integration issues and participates in meetings
Supports Work stream Integration on behalf of Data Readiness or Data Management
Coordinates and manages hand off points
Provides data load or testing status for their respective areas
Lead data teams and advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art data solutions powered by SAP tools
Lead delivery of stand-out SAP DS, SAP MDG, Syniti ADM solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
Grow Accenture’s SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP and Data Management
Lead design of SAP Data conversion or SAP Master Data Management solutions for complex business transformation problems
Lead the strategy for data conversion, profiling or data management related program
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant SAP Data Services (DS), Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) consulting or industry experience
Minimum of 10 years delivering complex SAP Data management engagements including all phases of the project life cycle from executing blueprint, design, delivery, and testing;
Minimum of 10 years experience with SAP Data conversion or SAP Master Data Management
Experience with multiple SAP DS, ADM and/or MDG Implementations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
