Cycle Counter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cycle Counter to join our team in Park City, United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system. As a Cycle Counter, you will conduct regular physical inventory counts, verify stock levels, and ensure that our records align with actual on-hand quantities. This position requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Perform accurate physical inventory counts of products and materials according to established cycle count schedulesRecord inventory data using barcode scanning systems and inventory management softwareIdentify and document inventory discrepancies, variances, and potential issuesVerify product quantities, locations, and conditions during counting proceduresReconcile physical counts with system records and investigate any differencesPrepare detailed cycle count reports and documentation for management reviewCommunicate findings and discrepancies to warehouse and inventory management teamsMaintain organized and legible records of all counting activitiesFollow established inventory control procedures and company policiesAssist in resolving inventory issues and supporting corrective actions
