Quality Auditor - 2nd Shift

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Quality Auditor. This position performs quality audits on finished goods, purchased parts, in-process parts, and subassemblies. Assists in troubleshooting equipment and performs testing and calibration activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRead, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructionsPerform partial disassembly of finished goods using hand tools for inspection purposesConduct assembly/disassembly operations such as drilling, screwing, and boltingUse precision tools including gauges, indicators, micrometers, measuring tapes, scales, and testing equipmentUtilize systems such as computers and AS400 for documentation and trackingPerform audits on manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions, and specificationsInspect purchased parts and materials as requiredIdentify and report abnormal quality conditionsComplete inspection reports and tagging requirementsFollow all safety protocols and company procedures.Other duties as assigned.
