Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our Wichita, Ks Team!This position is responsible for assisting, staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by field staff members who are working in the homes of clients. This position offers the right candidate a challenging position with an opportunity for growth. Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, & think on their feet in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding position. Benefits:

Job Duties:
Pinning and or scheduling missed visits.
Maintains clear, concise documentation.
Document review ensuring accuracy in home visit frequencies.
Cross training to support Administrative Assistant
Performs other duties deemed necessary.
Fast-paced and occasionally stressful work environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a professional manner.
Must work well both independently and in a group setting.
Prior office experience.
Prior Scheduling and Coordinating Experience preferred.
Prior Home Health experience a plus!
Professional appearance.
Proficiency with Excel and Word.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
