We are looking for someone with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. Duties include, but are not limited to, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, carpentry, landscaping, and custodial work. MUST have a valid clean driver's license.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, outlets, circuits, etc.
Light plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, garbage disposals, etc.
Exterior and interior painting.
Carpentry works as needed on-site such as fitting doors, freeing windows, etc.
Responsible for taking care of lawn, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to maintain a green, healthy, eye-appealing appearance.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required to stand/walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
Must be able to move appliances.
Must have your own tools.
Requires occasional bending/stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting and repetitive motions.
