Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $17 / hourWhat you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician:
Performing routine preventive maintenance to make sure machines run smoothly
Inspecting machinery to diagnose machine malfunctions
Cleaning and repairing as needed
Displaying your analytical skills and a problem solver's mentality
Will be repairing and renovating apartments to be ready for move in.
Available shifts:Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day) andWeekendsJob requirements:
Previous experience preferred
Familiarity with production machinery
Able to read blueprints
Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds
Background check and drug test required
