Planned Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Hours: Saturday - Monday 5am-5pm (OT on Wednesdays as needed)ResponsibilitiesInvestigate, troubleshoot, and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks to ensure equipment reliability and performance on the Planned Maintenance team. Analyze current maintenance operations to identify and drive opportunities for schedule and organizational optimization.Propose and contribute to the planning and execution of equipment upgrades and automation enhancements aimed at improving overall production efficiency.Continuously evaluate and enhance existing Preventive Maintenance (PM) processes to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.Lead and support development activities for team members, acting as a mentor to foster skill growth and knowledge transfer.Provide technical assistance and guidance to maintenance technicians and support staff as required.Actively participate and collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve shared operational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Other Responsibilities:Position may require some travel on very short notice. Position may also require supporting off-shift production at the Customer Locations and possibly working extended hours.
