Lab Technician - Night Shift

Analytical and/or testing Independently write, conduct, review, and report scientific inquiriesTroubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain instrumentationAssist with test method development and validation effortsEnsure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operationsEnsure coverage and performanceFuture employee's will be working with:Process Control, NPRMs LC-CAD Analysis (Sweetener Batch Acceptance Process)Particle SizeStem LengthNIR, pH/OVBalance Verification (Daily)Routine Sample Analyses (CFC, SFC, HLC, and CLC) – oven, pH, NIR, Sympatec and RetschFinish CEM and pH (daily)Finish Sweetener Analysis to include: standard prep., extraction, testing, and maintenance.Lab Equipment Qualification (documentation and testing)Production Equipment Wypall sampling.
