Automotive Technician/Mechanic (Lexington, KY)
compensation: $30-40 (fl. Rate)
Auto Repair Shop in Lexington has a rare opening for a Master Technician.
This critical position requires someone who: First and foremost is a Professional career driven automotive technician, Understands performance-based (Flat rate pay) pay; if interested a base pay for supervision and can maintain a minimum of 120% efficiency; this requires you to be task-driven, well-organized and Understand the importance of excellent customer service.
This is a great opportunity. We have an immediate opening for an "A" Technician for our busy general automotive repair facility. We are especially interested if you have good work ethics, team player, a clean driving record is a must, and we will ask for a current DMV report before hiring. Competitive compensation for the right candidate $30-$40 up (fl. Rate) depending on experience. Experience is required, You must have your own tools to do the job, ASE certification (a must), ASE L1 certification a plus, we are looking for a person with well rounded independent automotive repair skills, import, and domestic experience, (BMW, MINI, Ford, Chevy, Dodge; Diesel experience a big plus).
