Come talk with us if you have experience in high volume, high-quality, casual dining and are looking for a stable gig. Efficiency, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are the basic requirements, and commitment to teamwork is imperative. A good work ethic and an interest in food and spirits (especially beer and whiskey) are also important. We don't do late nights, we're closed on Sundays and Mondays, and we're flexible with schedules; however, Saturday night availability is a must. Bartenders are promoted from within.
