What You’ll Do:
Oversee and perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs
Lead and mentor apprentices or junior technicians
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
Collaborate with office staff and customers to complete jobs efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Current Master Plumber License (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of residential and light commercial systems
Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time
