SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator is an important customer service role that supports both internal teams and external customers and carriers. The Logistic Coordinator's primary responsibility is to deliver operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Enter shipment data ensuring data quality and accuracy

Tracking shipments

Schedule appointments by phone, email and online portals

Exception management

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to support customer service

Qualifications

2+ years of prior customer service experience

B2B customer service experience strongly preferred

Strong multi-tasking, data entry and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
