Description We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in WALTON, KY. In this role, you will be a part of the service delivery team and workplace team providing optimum support for our IT infrastructure. You will primarily handle escalated IT issues, manage Active Directory administration, and utilize IT service management tools like ServiceNow. Your role also includes installing and troubleshooting small applications, and managing manufacturing warehouse RFID scanners.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the service delivery team and workplace team to handle escalated IT issues. Administer Active Directory effectively to manage user accounts and access. Use IT service management tools like ServiceNow to manage IT services. Install and troubleshoot small applications to ensure seamless operations. Manage Manufacturing Warehouse RFID Scanners to track inventory and assets. Leverage your knowledge of Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies for system improvements. Utilize your expertise in EO/IR systems and Mac Computers to enhance our technical operations. Apply your skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware to manage and troubleshoot systems. Use Configuration Management and Deployments to manage system settings and updates.
