We are looking for a property manager(s) for a small rental business in Gonzales Louisiana. The property consists of 31 studio apartments. Duties for the manager include cleaning apartments, laundry care, collection of rents, light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, door knobs, etc. The person(s) applying will be expected to be honest, extremely clean, organized, self directed, reliable, strict but friendly, and truly interested in the success of the business.
The position includes full living quarters on the property, and the manager will need to live there full time. Salary will be paid in cash weekly. There are no set hours for the job, as the position requires the person(s) to live on site, though tenants are instructed to only contact management during set hours unless there is an emergency.
This position is ideal for a retired couple still able and willing to work. There will be opportunities for the person(s) to take on additional responsibilities if desired as the company owns other properties in the immediate area.
