Very established company has an immediate opening for a maintenance tech. The following are skills/attributes we are seeking in our candidate:
Preferably no less than 2 years experience in apartment maintenance industry
Highly motivated individual with a can do attitude
HVAC experience is a plus
A dedicated individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced work day
Capable of all aspects of apartment maintenance such as lock changes, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and painting, HVAC, and troubleshooting various apartment maintenance operations.
A team player who works well with others as well as individually to accomplish team workloads
Pay rate will be determined by level of experience
Applicant must provide work history and references
Experience:
Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
