Established Baton Rouge apartment community has an immediate need for a Leasing Consultant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in property leasing activities, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining effective communications with prospective renters.
The Leasing Consultant will be expected to conduct property tours for prospective tenants, manage the leasing process from application to move-in, maintain knowledge of local housing laws and regulations, handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, address any maintenance issues that may arise, utilize property management software such as OneSite and perform administrative tasks as needed.
An understanding of the property leasing processes is a plus. Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and tenants is needed. Must be able to demonstrate capabilities to manage documentation and maintain organized records.
