Ability to read blueprints preferred.Must possess basic computer and math skills.Must pass company required drug screen and physical.Must have the ability to travel to training and Coburn’s sponsored community activities when requested.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Occasionally works with small tools and office equipment. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. Showroom office environment. A consistant presence at work is required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Focus Area:Performance Measure:Customer ServiceCustomer loyalty is maintained by providing Coburn’s exceptional level of customer service as measured through increased sales and profits, customer retention, customer feedback and/or satisfaction ratings.Manage the Sales ProcessCustomer is properly and efficiently assisted throughout the order process as measured by customer referrals, increased sales, and properly maintained inventory levels and open orders.Maintain Showroom & DisplaysCreate a showroom environment and best shopping experience for your customers by maintaining the showroom and displays as measured through increased sales, profit, referrals, and a satisfactory rating on the best practice review.Knowledge DevelopmentKnowledge is developed and maintained in order to increase credibility with customers as measured by increased customer loyalty and sales.
