Strong knowledge of VMware technologies (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN preferred).
Ability to document system processes, architecture diagrams, and procedures.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing).
VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE
