CNC Maintenance Technicians - Mechanical or Electrical - Needed in Lafayette, IN. (PER DIEM OPPORTUNITY IF OUTSIDE OF 50 MILES)Job Duties:
CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Centers, Robotics, Grinders
Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding mechanically in the following areas: hydraulic, pneumatic systems, rebuild spindles, gear boxes, motors, conveyors, valves, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic pumps.
Indicators, Spindles, TIR, change out spindle cartridge, complex gear boxes, set gears, mesh/backlash.
Successfully diagnose a ball screw issue
Employee will be given computer/tablet to log work orders and maintenance performed
Manufacturing facility and Climate controlled, and very clean facility.
Hours: 2nd or 3rd ShiftPay: $45 per hour + Per DiemQualifications:
Ability to diagnosis, troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment independently
Ability to use Siemens controls
Machine Repair
