About the Job
Hole in the Wall Egress Windows is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our crew. We specialize in installing egress windows, which involves concrete cutting, excavation, and finishing work. You’ll be part of a three-man team completing window installations each day.
Responsibilities
Operate concrete saws and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with excavation, window installation, and cleanup
Work collaboratively with your crew to complete projects on time and to company standards
Maintain a safe and organized job site
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Experience with concrete cutting or heavy equipment is a plus (but not required)
Pay & Advancement
$250 per window per day (team rate)
Opportunity for quick advancement and increased pay for hard workers
