General Summary::Responsible for assisting the Security Officer and other employees within the department in all duties as needed related to security and fraud.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:[Fraud:]{#Hlk157078948}
Assist with fraud alerts and monitor alerts received from utilized software and from branch level employees.
Assist with fraud packets and fraud related investigations.
Assist in law enforcement requests on fraud cases.
Assist in alarm monitoring, video surveillance monitoring and research for fraud events.
Security:
Assist with new employee onboarding of all security-related systems.
Help with robbery and security training.
Assist in managing ATM/AHD lighting surveys. Distribute test results to the Facilities Department twice annually and help track of the clearing of deficiencies.
Assist in updating security related policies and procedures and help ensure the policies and procedures are adhered to.
Conduct on-site risk assessments for assigned locations.
Research and review equipment for security needs.
Assist with Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing, annual evacuation drills, and other annual tests.
Compliance with Agency Requests:
Assist in production and submission of subpoenas, IRS summons, Liens, Garnishments, and Interrogatories.
Assist in keeping an electronic binder of Agency Requests throughout the year for examination purposes.
Other Duties andResponsibilities:
Conduct industry/regulatory research to ensure bank policies, risk assessments, etc. includes required components.
Adherence to and support of all compliance and BSA/AML rules and regulations related to this job function.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by Management.
