Get paid to provide a local resident’s first-hand observations and colorful stories about Southern Louisiana. You don’t need to be a professional writer. You don’t have to be a computer wizard. You don’t even have to leave your home. If you live in the area and have a knack for noticing things, and if you can convey those observations in a telephone conversation, that’s all you need to get paid for completing this one-time survey and qualify as a paid source in future surveys.
Note: all references to “Southern Louisiana” below apply to roughly the bottom half of the state. Certainly the regions of Acadiana, Florida Parishes, and Greater New Orleans are included, but whether to include Central Louisiana or how much of it is up to you. After all, you’re the expert.
Do you have first-hand local knowledge of Southern Louisiana?
Have you lived in Southern Louisiana long enough to observe changes over time?
Do you currently have a mailing address in (that is, do you currently live in) Southern Louisiana?
Requirements:
-Ability to answer questions and provide local perspective on living conditions in Southern Louisiana
-Ability to provide perspective, preferably colorful, in the manner that only a local would know

Payment:
If selected for a phone interview, payment is $50 per interview, and there is the possibility of an additional $25 for follow-up questions. Interviews, not including any email or phone conversations during the selection process, will last between 30 minutes and one hour. Payment for the interview will be at the time of the interview (immediately upon completion).
