Bourrée is a fast casual, locally owned restaurant located in New Orleans Carrollton/Riverbend neighborhood. Looking for an experienced line cook to help manage BOH operations with our day lead line cook while preparing retail and cook to order menu items. Responsibilities include but are not limited to food prep, training/managing employees, scheduling, cooking/cleaning, daiquiri prep, and inventory based on daily needs. Experience in BOH operations is a must. Guaranteed $20/hr w/ tip pool.
