Lamara Coffee and Kitchen is looking to immediately hire a full time experienced barista. Job is 4 days a week/ 8 hour shift. Must have previous espresso experience to apply as the job is as a lead barista. Base pay is usually $14 per hour plus tips which is guaranteed to be a minimum of $20 per hour total at start. Avg pay is $22-23 per hour
We are looking for someone who is detailed, self motivated and has sense of urgency. Shift meal is included as well as drinks. Currently we are looking for someone to work same 4 consecutive days and having 3 off.
