Minimum Requirements Include:
1-3 years experience in a kitchen;
Strong knife skills;
A positive attitude;
Must be a team player;
Cleanliness; and
Food and Safety Certification
Responsibilities Include:
Pre-service food preparation;
Preparing and plating dishes during dinner service;
Tracking food inventory;
Keeping a clean and professional workspace; and
Closing the kitchen after dinner service.
