We are seeking a caring, intelligent, motivated, organized and multi-task office assistant
REQUIRED: A minimum of one year of prior recent experience in a medical office
Back office medical assistant with the doctor
Computer skills with experience booking appointments
Answering a multi-line phone
Maintaining medical records for the patient
Assisting with preparing charts for clinic
Keeping rooms clean and organized
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking ability
Working knowledge of HIPPA and safety guidelines
Ability to interact effectively with patients, families and co-workers
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in all written and oral communications
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Punctual and dependable
