Job Description:
As an Assistant Technician, you will work closely with our senior technicians to help with general contracting services and maintain, repair, and install air conditioning systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the HVAC and General Contractor industry, gaining hands-on experience and technical knowledge.
Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential air conditioning systems
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, coils, and ducts
Troubleshoot and diagnose minor issues with AC systems
Assist General Contractor in maintaining properties such as lawncare, trimming trees, and keeping properties tidy
Support the team in ensuring all work is performed to industry standards and client specifications
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Always follow safety protocols and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of air conditioning systems and lawncare equipment
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments and weather conditions
Communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
